ebase.ai is a knowledge base, built on your company emails to provide fast answers on past knowledge exchanges. Usually, our customers combine multiple inboxes of tenured engineers. This provides a more powerful experience and offers more versatility to those who are looking for information. However, it doesn't have to be multiple inboxes. Some of our ebase.ai customers have the platform just for their inbox. So they can find their past solutions much faster than an ERP can. They can also have other employees query the inbox for information.
Our data cleansing process redacts all PII from emails. This includes addresses, bank account numbers, bank routing numbers, credit/debit numbers/expirations/cvv, driver-id's, emails, IP addresses, Mac addresses, passport numbers, passwords, phone numbers, pins, SSNs, URLs, and usernames.
User access is control through ebase.ai's User Management interface. Administrators for the company are selected during the sign up process, and they can invite new users or delete old users with the click of the mouse. Administrators can also promote other users to have administrator access.
ebase.ai has a secure API that is managed in the platform. When uploading new files, this API can take multiple email file types such as EML, PST, OLM, EDB, EMLX or other file types. Administrators can simply upload them with the click of mouse and our automated workflow runs the data cleansing, execute the Auto Learn Model, and submits for indexing.
Within ebase.ai, your emails are encrypted with AES-256. This method supports the largest bit size and is practically unbreakable by brute force based on current computing power, making it the strongest encryption standard. The infrastructure is not accessible by the public internet, and is built in accordance to the Security Pillar in relation to the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
